Humanity’s End film The Puffy Chair Kissing Cousins psp In terms of your own professional development, what did you gain from the session?
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show dvdrip
I learned that flow really comes from a learning experience where the Goals are clear, the feedback immediate, and Opportunity/capacity balanced.
Konrad talks the way about grades as Kohn talks about rewards: both cut off motivation for learning.
What questions did you have after this presentation?
How do you manage immediate feedback in the classroom?
How will you apply the learning to your professional situation?
I am looking at how to initiate blogging in my classroom next year. This presentation helped me go beyond planning for the beginning, and instead focus on ensuring that students get the most out of the blogging experience. Assessment is often a missing, integral component of School 2.0, unless is in the context of NCLB and testing. I’ll plan out time to communicate my goals for them and time for them to set their own goals. The hard part may be that ongoing, formative feedback about their blogging, and I still have grade cards going home every 9 weeks.
What other resources (including reading material) are relevant to this session?
